After redeeming my wowcher, I received a confirmation e-mail from Wowcher saying my goods would be delivered within 10days (this would have been Christmas Eve). However to date I still have not even received a dispatch notification. I have not received an e-mail from the 3rd party company saying they will provide me with a refund (which will have to come via wowcher) - however this has not yet materialised! I have sent over 10 e-mails to which only a couple have been responded to.
I am still waiting for my money back and am now at the point of gaining legal advice...
