Goods not received and no refund as yet - Wowcher have had my money since 5th December

After redeeming my wowcher, I received a confirmation e-mail from Wowcher saying my goods would be delivered within 10days (this would have been Christmas Eve). However to date I still have not even received a dispatch notification. I have not received an e-mail from the 3rd party company saying they will provide me with a refund (which will have to come via wowcher) - however this has not yet materialised! I have sent over 10 e-mails to which only a couple have been responded to.

I am still waiting for my money back and am now at the point of gaining legal advice...

We are very sorry that you have not yet received your items, we are working closely with the merchant to locate these and get them to you as soon as possible. We have received your emails and someone will be in touch shortly, we do advise that it can take up to 3 working days to respond to emails however where possible we try to reply faster than this.
