very easy to order and pay....but I did pay extra for a guaranteed delivery as we had other commitments and this did let them down as there was no communication to say this would be changed. I do not think that a refund of the difference is enough as people pay for this for a reason. The customer service lady was ok but should not take complaints personally by then saying that I could always rearrange delivery for 4-5 days time, after I explained that we would be back to work then and needed it that day. Delivery was great, the man was helpful and helped carry the bath in, but again although the web site clearly states that we would have 20mins to check, he explained that there was no time given the amount of deliveries he had to make! He did sign the sheet to say it was not checked and luckily all was present and correct, and not damaged at all. Overall it worked out ok but for the lack of communication regarding delivery and the derisory refund ....I feel this is too easy to get out of as it is a service on offer, and could be the deciding factor on people buying from them.
