Absolute DISGRACE!

I have literally just got of the phone to the courier service MHI whom mankind claim to use to deliver my products. They cannot find my orders. I called them because the manager put the phone down on me for the second time in a week because I am still waiting for my products after FIVE weeks yes over a MONTH when I was told I'd have my products in 2-3 days!! Not only are the customer service team rude, they lied to me countless times, refused to give me a refund, refused to deal with me and could not give me any information i was asking for. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I am now on my way to my bank to get my money back through them and i will be contacting watchdog, the BBC and the trading standards office to get these people dealt with PRONTO so no one goes through the trouble I've been through for over a month and wastes as much money as me. They are an absolute DISGRACE!

GREAT!

I was very pleased at how quickly this company delivered my 16 items to JERSEY... Ordered 5 days before Christmas came 2 days later and the quality is great! Only problem was a couple of shoes were the wrong size or different colour I chose ..however they made my mother and sister extremely happy on Christmas day, but I guess that was my karma for shopping for myself without having done any of my Christmas shopping just 5 days before Christmas!

Overall very happy returning customer, and I have spread the word :-)
