Just caught delivery

very easy to order on web plus good price, ordered on tuesday 1st January,instructed delivery for monday or wednesday the following week, arrived on tuesday 8th at 17.20pm??
luckily we had just come in before delivery so we were o k , why put a delivery day if it will arrive anytime, also it would help if it was stated on the purchase page that fixing bolts do not come with headboard, i have to now start and look for fixing bolts'
box product came in was badly damaged, on checking the product was ok
