This experience has been a nightmare. The UK number only gets answered if you select the option for sales - customer services do not answer at all.
I placed an order at Christmas but made small error in the account email address. so no contact was made. The order state was shown as being prepared then latterly 'order held' contact the company. I managed to speak to sales on this occasiononly to be told that the item I ordered was out of stock and another (different colour was offered) I accepted the offer but was told I had to email the acceptance. Duly done. Still no change in order state and no contact from company. looks like he replacement is also going out of stock. Can't get to speak to anyone. I am now going to contact my back credit card company to lodge a claim and contact Hong Kong Police (which is where he company are) to investigate as fortunately I have contacts here. I am doing this as this smells of fraud. BEWARE you guys.
