posted an item which i sold on ebay. Paid for next day delivery. It took 3 days for them to collect the item. It was then never delivered to the buyer and they have stated it has been lost! Its funny now reading all the reviews how the label I printed off to stick on the box told the courier what was inside, hence it being stolen / going missing as it was an expensive amplifier. Parcel2Go have not even refunded the cost of the courier let alone any compensation. I have emailed them a few times and had no reply bar an automated message stating customer service are looking into it - which i never receive a reply. cant phone them as they dont have a telephone number listed. this company is a total con. I have read so many reviews about nightmare customer service, missing / stolen parcels.
