Awful and unacceptable

I have had a very similar experience to everyone else. They offered £141.80 for my iPhone 4. I sent it carefully packaged (which they don't ask u to do) and was told when I called that I had 'accepted' £55 for it as it was ''smashed' LIES. I did not accept- I had received no emails from them And the phone was perfect. I went berserk! They refused to return it. I negotiated £80 extra but it took over a month for the money (the original amount and compensation) to arrive and every time I called I was fed utter LIES. I would not trust these people with anything. Not worth the extra cash offered. Awful scammers.
