Dismal - Because they only delivered half of my 4ft 6 Bed, missing box 2 of 3.
Pathetic - Because they never give you a straight answer (when you eventually get through), 5 days on and now they say they haven't even ordered the parts required yet, and it may take another 5 days, even though they ship these beds in 24 hours!
Painful - Because with a spinal injury I am sleeping on a cold hard floor!
