Once on your way, the car was wonderful!

Our experience with two weeks rental at London's Heathrow Airport was all good except for the distressingly long time at the counter with paperwork (we had reserved ahead of time). This was despite renting from Hertz (Auto Europe's operator at Heathrow) several times in the past and still surely we were in the computer records.

However, the car was dependable, easy to drive, and given to us clean and fully fueled. We chose not to take the 'buy the first tank' fuel option, so we can't judge how that would have been.
