Car damaged - very disappointed and upset

Whilst we were away, we used Stress Free Parking at Birmingham airport but upon our return one week later, the car had been damaged by one of the drivers. It's clear he had collided with something and badly scratched and dented the rear of the car.

I therefore would never use Stress Free again nor recommend them to anyone else.

As discussed this morning, we are currently investigating this damage and as soon as the manager at Birmingham has concluded his investigation, we will be in touch.
