We have now had chance to investigate this, you placed the order at 10.16am Friday the 19th April; the goods were packed and collected by the transport company the same day around 4pm. We do offer a next day kerbside delivery service but you choose the standard deliver which we estimate to take around five working days. The delivery to your postcode is normally done on a Friday, as you said they put the frame on the wrong wagon and missed that delivery, the transport company realised their mistake and made a special trip delivering to you on Monday the 29th which made it six working days (one day over our estimation).
