Rawk are a very professional company, I have bought two pairs of skates, both fantastic.. One pair was too big, not only did I get an exchange I got a £5 refund as my size went down, but free delivery. What retailer gives you a 365 day return policy... The skates are fantastic, my daughters have flashing lights and mine are trendy... Thanks task x
