Good price, great products and fantastic service

Fantastic in every way except I was charged delivery even though it was stated on the offer I would get free delivery if order over £20. It was over £20 with the VAT which I paid but because the order was under £20 before VAT I had to pay delivery. Sorry for an otherwise excellent company this was seriously disappointing. Every other company I have ever purchased from takes into account the VAT before working out delivery charges!!
