I ordered a Christmas present online for the first time ever last year. I was reluctant to do this as i normally buy what i see in the shops if i can find something !! There's always the worry that your money is going to go into thin air and not recieve your order. However the only place to buy the gift was online. So i bit the bullet and placed the order. I dont know what i was worried about. I had an email saying that they had recieved my order and was kept upto date with my gifts progress via text message even telling me an hour before when it was going to be delivered. Easy.
