This was my first order: Nature's Menu Cat Sachets, at the most hectic time of the Christmas Season when local supplier had run out and my fussy elderly cat would eat nothing else (apart from turkey!). Arrived well before estimated delivery date. Website clear and easy to use. Instant and professional confirmations. My special request note re delivery was carefully followed. Items were carefully packaged in waterproof wrapping. When I wrote to thank the team, a personal warm response was sent immediately even over the New Year break.
