Was impressed with the IFlorist website and promise of 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. So thought I'd give them a try for a change. I ordered the flowers for my sister's birthday to arrive on Thursday 3rd Jan. 2013. IFlorist sent a confirmation of this order date. On Dec. 31st 2012, I received an email to say the flowers had been delivered! I was horrified as my sister was away.
IFlorist took a couple of days to reply to my complaint saying there was some problem with delivery due to the festive season. By the time my sister arrived home, the flowers had been sitting outside for a few days, so of course, were no longer fresh in time for my sister's birthday.
IFlorist do not have a telephone number to call and to date, there has been no one available for a 'Live Chat' on their website. As of today they have not offered my sister any fresh flowers or a refund to me. Where is the "100% satisfaction guaranteed"???? I cannot believe the terrible service of this company.
Also, re: the 'positive' reviews on this site. I am not sure if they are legitimate reviews. Could they have been written to keep up the overall star-count on the site?
