Excellent service even when things don't go according to plan.

I ordered two DDR3 memory boards which arrived within 24 hours on free delivery.
They should have been DDR2 and Orca agreed to take them back for full credit even though the seal had been broken.
The phone call to discuss this was with someone who was both knowledgeable and helpful.
I will use Orca again in the future.
