I found ordering a door using the Yale Door website was very straight forward with prices clearly displayed with free delivery, other companies had deliver charges added at the end. Yale Door phoned me to confirm my order and delivery day which was going to be withing a week of placing my order, I was also phoned the day before an actual deliver time (which was kept to). The delivery driver was cheerful and careful handing the door. The door itself was quite easy to install with clear instructions included. Yale also contact you a week or two afterwards to make sure your happy with everything. I'd definitely recommend Yale Door to my friends, I fitted the door myself but I feel confident that their fitting service would also be of a high standard.
