Received my canvas in good time, however it looks dreadful! so the emailing started.......after many e-mails back and forth (I had to e-mail as no one answered the phones!) I was advised that the photo I sent was actually no good and that is why the eyes in the B&W canvas look like cats eyes, its called white glare to the professionals, so they told me, not being a professional in photography or canvas printing I thought that by requesting red eye removal this would work, but no - it would of needed about 2 more second of their precious time to made this canvas good on Photoshop - and they couldn't be bothered!, or be bothered to phone and ask for another photo that would be good. No resolve and beware not covered by Paypal as classed as custom made. Terrible customer service in my view, come on guys all would of took was one phone call or e-mail, instead you produced a very sub standard piece of rubbish that was meant to be Christmas present., I hate being ripped off and hate bad customer service even more - I work in the customer service industry myself and this would not be acceptable - disappointed doesn't even come close.
