Snobby, unhelpful, aloof staff. Mann's music need to man up.

I'm a first time guitar buyer and a complete novice, you know how it is: going into a music shop is daunting. Guess what these guys don't help that, they offered no help and didn't even listen to my questions. The staff looked down their noses at me and didn't even give me so much as a free plectrum and a pat on the back to tell me I had bought a good product. Turns out I like my guitar, how good is it? It keeps tune and that's all I can tell - I'm a novice! Mann's music need to man up and take customer service seriously. I went to allegro music and they were super helpful, and I felt OK explaining that I had never played before unfortunately they just didn't have the guitar I wanted. My advice buy from allegro if you can, avoid Mann's unless you reall want that guitar!
