I ordered something on the internet at the beginning of December 2012 only to find out (after calling them and finally getting through) that they did not have it in stock. I had paid by credit card on the website.
They cancelled my order and confirmed that I would be refunded.
Over a month after the initial transaction, I STILL have not received my refund.
My credit card company are now raising a dispute notice. I will also be going to trading standards.
The customer service is absolutely terrible, they are very indifferent and do not tell you what is going on. You have to get it out of them but that is hard as you only get a standard automated response and no reply to your case. The phone lines are always engaged too.
