Highly disappointed and dissatisfied

I have never been so disappointed with a company. I redeemed my Wowcher on the 10th of December 2012 with the hope of receiving my Android before Christmas and since then, my order is yet to arrive and its the 9th of January 2013. Wowcher has not made any refund to me either. I have emailed Wowcher and budblue several times and none of them replied. Please Wowcher, my only request is for you to refund my money and keep your goods and i will not be making anymore purchases in the future
