Found the chest of drawers of my dreams which were 205 miles away. Arranged courier on Thurs night for collection Sat and delivery Sun, all went smoothly thanks. I wonder though why you need to charge a fee when other sites don't. Will get quotes from you again but may choose another provider because of this, depending on how competitive your price is.
Terrible service, courier failed to turn up at agreed collection times on two occasions. Never heard from him again. Worse to come - the £17 deposit I had paid to Shiply is non refundable - it says in their FAQ's that a credit is given in the event of cancellation but it's not clear that this is in a fact a credit to a Shiply account which must be used within 6 months. Customer service is dire. Be aware that if you book something and the courier cancels you are out of pocket.
