Unfulfilled delivery promises

I origianly placed an order for a Big Boy XXL bean bag for delivery on the 26th December, but after not recieving anything by the first week in January I tried to contact them by e-mail without any respond. I then arranged a call back from their website and was then told that the courier would be delivering to me week commencing 14th January. I am still waiting and have no idea where my order is as even my tracking number is incorrect! Can some please let me know where my Bean bag is!

Further to the telephone discussion today, I have checked your order and the tracking code shows sent 10.01.13 and delivered to addressee 16.01.13.

As we understand you were away from home that day, we are requesting for Proof of Delivery and will provide further information shortly.
