I found the lady who took my telephone order to be very unfriendly, made me feel on edge and rushed, she seemed relunctant to help and i felt as if i was putting her out. The ordering experience was therefore very off putting and would put me off placing anymore orders due to this service. The product itself was good and arrived as requested.

I am sorry to hear this about your ordering experience. I know it is not an excuse but over the Christmas period things did get very busy and some of our customer service may have slipped. It is very rare (almost never) we get complaints about our support team and all I can do is apologise. On the other hand we are pleased you are happy with your new sofa
