I ordered and chose Hermes as the delivery option. Big mistake. They returned it to MP without even attempting to deliver it. I rang MP after a week of waiting only to be told it had been returned to them and they didn't know why. So I asked them to sort it.
Christmas came and went and in the New Year I still didn't have my products. I emailed this time and was told they'd be resent. I received them today, (left under my car on the drive?!) just 4 days short of a month after ordering.
I have no problem with MP products but the after sales service and delivery companies are letting them down. I didn't even get so much as an apology, either over the phone or via email. Quite poor really.
