I have ordered some garden furniture which cost £500 on line the date of delivery was Jan 5 when I phoned the company on the 7th of January at 10 in the morning I was told to call customer services on the same number but on extension 2?.
Surprise surprise nobody answered the call after holding on for nearly 30 minutes without an answer so I called again at 2 in the afternoon the same thing happened no answer.
This happened again the following day. I tried using their tracking service but the item I ordered still had not left the company after 4 days after they were supposed to be delivered.
When I managed to call again on the 9th of Jan and cancel they told me it will take 6 working days to get my money back if I do not get my money I am calling the police. Stay away these people will rip you off
