I bought 3 items, but have only received one of them. In the parcel they have ticked the other two items as being present, but as you might have guessed, they're no where to be seen ! The money has been taken out of my account so where are the other two items ? Not impressed to say the least.

I am so sorry to hear that there are missing items from your order. If the items had been out of stock, then an email would have been sent to yourself confirming this and your refund.
