I placed my first order with this company at the end of December, found 2 saddle bags both shape & colours i wanted & would share with my sister as a present, quite fast in delivery, the saddle bag in tan was the only correct item sent, the other item in my parcel was a teal bag with a label on it that said navy & the delivery sheet said navy/tan, i emailed informing them to which i got a curt reply saying i should send it bk & i could choose an exchange or refund....my choice so i chose to exchange as i had seen another bag i liked & knew we would use i emailed the bag code & colour asked to confirm the product was available... no reply, I then emailed again to make sure made the wrong item i had sent back had been received so my exchange could go through as it had been about 1 week...again i received no reply for at least a few days, i was told the bag had been received & my refund would be dealt with, surprised by this i again asked what had happened to my exchange as i was offered one, i have had no response for 2 weeks until today, i have been ignored & still no bag or present even & as it now turns out the bag is now out of stock thank to their incompetence, their disgusting customer service & treatment of a new customer is disgraceful, i dread to think how old customers are treated. I wanted a bag to replace the one i received in error, an error they do not care to put right or make sure they can do anything so i return, buy from them again or even recommend them to friends etc. This is why trading standards should be informed & why im going to start my own bag business. I will give better customer service than their so called 5 star experience.....they are a joke, companies like this dont deserve the business.
