I ordered an item from this company on 22nd November 2012,the full payment was taken out of my account the next day 23rd November.On 6th December 2012 as I had not received item I telephoned company,but they could not give me any reason why I had not received,so I requested that order be cancelled and to reimburse me of my payment.I have telephoned this company many times each time I am given a different reason as to why I have not been reimbursed,latest being cheque must have been lost by Post Office.Its now 9th January 2013 it seems I will have to take the matter up with the Trading Standards Office!!
Have now received full refund by cheque (15/1/2013) No further action required!
