Incomplete product

I ordered a set of 'Tiddly Winks in a Wooden Box', and only the wooden box arrived - with neither the tiddly winks nor the wooden catching pot.
However, when I called Jaques to point this out, the service over the telephone was very good, and I expect to receive the missing goods imminently. I would still not hesitate to recommend them as a company, but it is nonetheless a shame for such a basic error to have taken place.
