Never in my life have I encountered such unfriendly and unhelpful service.. Will not budge to help you resolve problem, even through they can see it was a input error with regard to the name on the account... I refuse to send any form of ID of myself to anyone I don't know or am present in handing it over... My data protection, so having explained the situation and both policy holders being on the phone to say it was a input error as one policy was through the Internet & the wrong one was through the app... All info was inputted correctly from our side but on your systems it took the 1st name of the 1st policy holder and the surname of the second policy holder and put the, together, tried to explains this but all we got was sorry cant help as it not the policy holder we are speaking too. Yes correct as they are two different people... But anyway just to let you know how unhappy we are with the service we have received... We will put the word out there of our "lovely" experience we have received from you oh so helpful staff on such a small matter to correct...
