2 faulty appliances and slow refund

Bought an AirRam direct from Gtech online, but it was faulty and sent back for a replacement, which was also faulty. After four weeks I've had to phone and remind them to refund me. The delivery/collection courier is extremely quick and efficient, but I am very disappointed as I thought this was going to be a brilliant product.
