Fab item, great communication, late delivery possibly due to Christmas backlog

Love my boots, great quality and perfect size. Rubbersole provided excellent communication, by email and I would use them again. Despite a small delay in delivery the item arrived safely and in very good packaging. All queries were answered swiftly and I felt that the staff were there to help.
