I returned a faulty ghd on the 18th December by courier at a cost of £11.95 and was told I would have a refund within 2-5 days by your customer service team when I spoke to them. I have heard nothing since!!
I am utterly appalled at your service, first you send me an item that does not work and when I return the item you then don't refund me!
I want a refund for the courier charge and the product asap!!!
