I tried and failed to order some protein bars from the site because the site crashed on the "verified by visa" authentication page and I was unable to complete the transaction. I telephoned the helpline and was told that I could only place the order to be sent to the billing address over the phone, or I could try again later on the website - which was not ideal for me but ok, fair enough. I then received an email which was suggesting I had done something wrong and a fair number of emails followed which were initially unhelpful and then became fairly rude. A snippet was when I commented that "..and there was I thinking that the customer was always right" to which he replied "Unfortunately you are wrong, again".
I would not recommend them :(
