Only problem was that the the first delivery contained the poles and fixings, the enclosed paperwork suggested that it was the whole pack and should also contain the finials. I rang and was asked if I signed for 2 parcels or one (can't remember).
Called again the next day and the 2nd parcel was delivered on that day. The order shouls make it clear to expect 2 boxes.
Otherwise all good.
Order taken and delivery scheduled for 14th December.
On 14th December delivery rescheduled for 21st December.
Confirmation requested on 20th December, no response.
On 21st December delivery rescheduled for 4th January, no reponse.
On 4th January delivery rescheduled for 6th January - finally delivered.
I made arrangements to be at home on 3 occassions!. Must have known before each date that product not available for delivery, but no communication. No excuse, just dismal service

When the carrier delivers the parcel (parcels), you will need to sign a scanner or a paper log sheet, of which it always states how many parcels you are signing for; on this occasion the driver has made a mistake and simply not handed the second parcel over to you. Mistakes can happen; this is why we always ask that you check the delivery before signing.
Unfortunately we cannot tell how many parcels are dispatched until they are on their way, but this is something we will look at in the future
