Initially called claiming to be Carphone Warehouse on behalf of O2. I agreed to what seemed like an excellent deal, and ordered a phone with them. No phone arrived.
I called O2, who told me they could not help, and put me through to carphone warehouse. When they finally put me through to the correct team, I was told the problem was with Yodel, the delivery company, that they would send Yodel a message and all would be fixed.
A week and a half later, still no phone. I called again, was told they had a record of my previous call but that Yodel had still not replied. They said they would put in another message to Yodel, and they would call Yodel and find out what the problem was, and call me back later that evening. Nobody called.
A week later, I called again. By now, my first contract payment had come out, and I was angry. I called carphone warehouse and was told that they could do nothing, as my contract was with e2save, who I had NEVER HEARD OF until this minute. E2save's phonelines were not open that late in the evening, so I would have to call them tomorrow. At this point I called O2, asking to cancel the contract altogether, who said cancellations would have to come through E2Save and they could not do anything.
Next day, I am on the phone to E2Save, on hold, and have currently been on hold for about 20 minutes, charged while I wait. Avoid this company at all costs, and while they remain affiliated, avoid carphone warehouse also.
