Product good, unreliable delivery times

This is the second time I ordered a clothes rail. First time I gave up as delivery was terrible, had to keep chasing on the phone, and kept getting conflicting information. It arrived on the right day, but time frame was missed that I was given. Advise SFW to sort out the delivery company as very frustrating and letting your business down. When the driver came he implied it was difficult to deliver despite fact i took a day off and was in all day!
