Fantastic!
VERY fast delivery, easy payment, correct part and easy to use web site. Also the cheapest inc postage out of all the searches before using them.

Not happy!
Initial inquiries and web site looked good.......BUT my order of ceiling lights and sockets included a black glass touch sensor light switch that after the rest was delivered straight away took weeks to arrive as it was not in stock. That same switch failed within a year although after having to pay for it to be sent back myself the replacement was a remote version, an upgrade I will never use. Now one wall socket switch has jammed and I will shortly start the return process all over again! Not happy.

The glass switches are made and shipped directly from China so we do sometimes have a low stock level for a limited period of time. If the upgraded product was not suitable you should have phoned and we would have replaced the original unit.
The switches have a year warrity so the switch will be replacable. Faulty return postage is refunded as stated on our returns form. We can not send out a replacement without having the faulty unit back as in the past people do not send the faulty unit back to us.
