Beware! Damaged item delivered owing to poor packaging, and Customer Services don't answer phone/reply to emails

I ordered an Apple Mac Mini from Valuebasket a couple of weeks ago - high value product! - and it arrived just over a week later with only one single layer of bubble wrap to protect it on its journey all the way from Hong Kong. It was clearly dropped in transit, as occasionally happens, but it was so woefully under protected that the corner of the Mac Mini box was completely crumpled and the aluminium of the Mac itself damaged.
I requested an urgent replacement be sent out because even if the Mac still works, this visible damage to the unit surely voids Apple's warranty.
So, two days later, six calls of approx 10 minutes each, and nobody answers the customer services phone number, as well as multiple emails via their online support form.
I'm wondering if they're just hoping it goes away, to save them the trouble?
Even though their prices are competitive, they seem like a risky operation to do business with. I'll update this review if they ever bother to get in touch and remedy the situation, but til then, I'm still without a computer, and I wouldn't recommend anyone does business with them.

UPDATE - it seems they just send a rep on these forums to explain that it's being dealt with; energy would be better spent actually dealing with it. I'm still waiting for a resolution to this issue, which continues to drag on..
