I've been with TMobile for years now and had several contracts. I was mugged last month and called the same night to inform them, block the phone and SIM and ask for a new SIM. Made a complaint as the woman I spoke to was completely uncaring and blunt with me. So a month later no SIM and can't get through on the phone because they won't speak to me without me telling them my last bill amount (not payment, bill). Finally get through tonight and after being cut off 3 times, I am told I never reported my phone lost or stolen, but they will send me a new SIM as a good-will gesture!! And that I will have to pay the last month's bill because I didn't report the phone lost, I rang to cancel my contract (with a year left?). Now taken it to the ombudsman because they won't do anything more. No apology, they just don't care. Never been more angry with a company.
I brought a digital version of Modern Warfare 3. I thought the price was too good to be true and upon seeing it was a Ukraine copy and I had to follow VPN instructions to activate I was skeptical. But I bought it anyway. The key was emailed immediately, as always. I followed the VPN instructions on the website and now have a fully functioning English Modern Warfare 3 for an amazing price. I've purchased from this company many times before and never had any issues.
I wanted an online shop set up for my university society to order hoodies. I also wanted to make it complicated by allowing the option of several logo designs on several different items. They did this for me at no charge. The quality of the items are great, they really went out of their way to make sure I got what I wanted. Couldn't be happier!
Delivery was great, was happy with everything. However, a dispatch email would be handy.
The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is because my new office chair came with a stain on the seat and the backrest. It's too much hassle to send back so I've not complained, but not what I'd expect when buying a new product.
