Excellent choice, easy to use website, fast dispatch
Highly recommend Petsmeds. They have a superb choice of products, many of which I have not found on other online pet supermarkets.

Bad service, poor communication
I am furious with Viovet; I placed my order around midday 25th March, expecting delivery the following day (Viovet likes to advertise that it offers 24 hrs delivery service) especially having paid nearly £4 additional postage costs.. The parcel did not arrive but this wasn't too much of an issue as I had some specialist dry food left for my cats to eat. I telephoned Viovet to ensure that delivery would be made on the 27th otherwise I would run out of food (my cats have chronic renal deficiency and must eat a renal-support diet). The customer service assistant said it would definitely be delivered by DPD on the 27th, and that she would contact them regarding leaving the parcel down the side of the building if someone wasn't at home. Suffice to say, no parcel AND no delivery card left to say an attempted delivery had been made. I have been unable to get hold of anyone at DPD, so in limbo as to where the parcel is!....I am now in a position where I will have to order it in from my vets to get the food asap for my cats...........VERY unhappy. Will not order again.
