Good product but rather ruined by poor customer service

Great concept especially the photo uploads and people I sent the cards to really liked them. But the service I got by phone was terrible and unhelpful. Every time i called up to ask for advice, noone could answer the simplest basic questions about how to use the service and website! Also my second set of cards arrived a day late and so missed last Xmas post. I phoned to complain and left a message for someone to call me back about this but nobody even bothered to do so - which I found shocking!
