When my multi-position padded recliner developed a crack near the hinge and stopped working within a month of purchasing, Garden XL had been prompt enough to rush me another one free of cost the very next day of receiving a complaint with no questions whatsoever. I am usually very careful about my belongings. Looks like I need to handle this chair even more delicately.
