I recently had the pleasure of buying a car from Jennings Ford, bought through Ford Direct. The gentleman dealing with me at Ford Direct was Andrew Diston, based in the Northeast. All in all it took me about a month to get to the point of buying the car, and Andrew showed remarkable patience in waiting for me to make my mnind up. He answered all my questions, gave me lots of information, always rang me when he said he would, and just made me feel that nothing was too much trouble. In between all this he was negotiating with the branch manager at Jennings in Middlesbrough to get me the best deal on the new one and for my part exchange, which he did. He dislayed the best level of customer service that I have ever received, and I am very grateful to him.
Andrew had set up the handover of the cars at the branch, and on arrival it was obvious I was expected. The gentleman dealing with me was called Ian Phillips, and again he was exactly right in his approach. He allowed me to look at the car on my own, then when I was ready went through all the interior details, and then took me out for a test drive. He gave me all the necessary paperwork, and I left feeling that I had again received top quality service.
I would definately buy a car this way again. As all the bartering had been sorted out beforehand, the experience of going to get it was very relaxed and welcoming. I am very grateful to both these gentlemen for looking after me very well. Thank you
