SHOCKING

I HAVE REQUESTED ON 3 OCCASIONS MY DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS AND ASKED FOR A PHONE CALL EITHER FROM YOUR COMPANY OR THE COURIER,NOBODY HAS HAD THE DECENCY TO GIVE ME A CALL AND I STILL DONT HAVE MY PURCHASE,I AM EXTREMELY DISSAPOINTED WITH THE SERVICE I HAVE BEEN GIVEN BY BOTH COMPANIES,IF I DONT RECEIVE MY DELIVERY TOMORROW OR A CALL,I SHALL CANCEL MY ORDER AND GO ELSEWHERE,JOHN BASTIANELLI

I'm sorry that you find our customer service shocking. On the 9th January, we were still trying to catch up with our phone calls and customer service tickets from Monday, and I do apologise that we were not able to call you back.
