What happened to "letterbox friendly"?

The product is great, the pricing is good but why do you say the package is letterbox friendly?

We have a standard size letterbox and the packages have never gone through the door but are left on the mat or side of the door by the postman - either make the packages so they can be posted through a letterbox or stop advertising that they can.
