Unfortunately, I had a number of problems using Xenday to tranfser funds -- because of a UK bank holiday, my transfer (to the US) was delayed. Then, to my surprise, the receiving bank charged me a $20 fee for receiving the funds. I used Xendpay specifically because it promised a fast transfer (same day), but because the transfer didn't reach the US bank as promised, I wasn't able to get funds there in time to cover a number of automatic debits -- altogether, the overdraught fees, returned debit fees and wire transfer fees chraged cost me a total of US $114 and may have had an impact on my credit score. I've used electronic transfer systems to move money between accounts man y times before. This is the first time I ever was charged a wire transfer fee and it was also the first time I had to wait two days for the transfer to go through. While Xendpay initially said they would contact me -- and did -- I didn't hear back from them after detailing the problems I had, despite emailing them twice and offering evidence of the extra fees I was charged. A shame. I would have been happy to talk to them about it, work with them to address what went wrong, and help them figure out a way to put things right.
