I purchased two onesies and then 2 days later a dress so I was expecting two parcels. I got lots of emails and texts stating my item was out for delivery and that they had consequently been delivered and left in a safe place. I arrived home that evening and had no items and no cards to say where my items were. I have sent an email through the website and have waitied 48 hours for a response which has not yet arrived. I'm personally not planning on using this site again if this is how they deal with their customers, which is a shame as they have some lovely clothes on their website.
We have used hungry horse on a few occasions and have never been disappointed! Menus are easy to navigate and orders have arrived as timed so in all thumbs up!!
